Outdoor Learning Theater at the Fort Worth Zoo

The Projects Group (TPG) has provided Owner's Representation and project management services for several projects for The Fort Worth Zoo, including The Outdoor Learning Theater. This project included an outdoor amphitheater, a stage, and a service building, and The Zoo uses the facility for public performances and animal displays. The project also included demolition of the old building, re-grading of the site, and installation of new utilities.

The facility can accommodate up to 500 people and includes a custom fabric canopy with no interior support columns, making the space very user-friendly. The Theater was constructed on the site of the Zoo’s old Herpetarium.
